Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pan Pan the Panda multilingual story subscription service ("the Service"), operated by Pan Pan the Panda and available at panpanthepanda.com.

1. The Service

The Service delivers a monthly pack of original multilingual children's stories (illustrations, audio narrations in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, and read-along text), plus printables, via the member area and download links.

2. Subscription & billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance at the price shown on the site (currently $4.99/month USD).
  • Payments are processed by Creem Inc., our merchant of record. Your subscription will auto-renew each month until cancelled.
  • Prices may change for future periods; you will be notified before any renewal at a new price takes effect.

3. Cancellation & refunds

  • You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep all packs already delivered.
  • If you cancel within 14 days of your first purchase and have not received satisfaction, contact us for a refund.
  • We may issue refunds on a case-by-case basis under applicable consumer law.

4. License to content

  • When you subscribe, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the story packs for your own family's personal, non-commercial use.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, publicly display or republish the story packs, audio or illustrations.
  • All content, characters (including Pan Pan, Sunny, Poppy and Goldie), artwork and audio are the intellectual property of Pan Pan the Panda or its licensors.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, or use it in violation of applicable law.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding month.

7. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
